Best thing about KGSP:
The community. Being surrounded by people who always thrived to learn more and improve really made me always look forward to be a better person on all aspects. From aspiring to have higher moral standards, trying and accomplish more recognition and academic standing, to having better relationships with my peers and everyone I get lucky to know, and in other aspects too!
Why science matters for Saudi:
Every advancement in the STEM fields is an advancement for humanity as a whole. Since Saudi is aiming to be a leader to a brighter future, STEM research is key for achieving this common goal.
Best experience so far / How KGSP helped me:
All of them, from the PDOs and Convocations I have been lucky to attend. To the summer programs and dinners with my advisors and fellow KGSP students. I can't only choose one.
Advice for newbies:
To never be afraid of reaching out to others. Almost all the struggles, emotions, thoughts, situations, and other moments you'll experience have most likely happened to someone else before you. Even if it wasn't exactly the same, someone definitely has the experience, knowledge, and willingness to help you. It's on you to find contact them first though.
Research Interests:
