Why science matters for Saudi:
Science matters for everyone. Understanding how things work is a fundamental first step to all innovation and problem solving. Regarding Saudi Arabia, physics and materials science matter for developing renewables; chemistry and biology matter for desalination and cleansing our water supply. Science is necessary for sustaining and improving our standard of living.
